The unit doors are approximately 7’ tall & 8’ 8” to 9’ wide.  The bigger storage units such as a 12’x25′ have doors that are approximately 10 1/2’ tall and 12’x30′ have doors that are approximately 12’ tall and 10’ wide.

Storage unit size determines price, our storage unit prices can range from $40/month and up, depending on the size needed.

Milt’s Mini Storage provides a well lit, fenced in locations.  Controlled gate access allows each tenant to have their own security code for access to the facility.  All locations have perimeter alarms and cameras.

All locations are open 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-12:30 PM on Saturdays.  Closed on Sundays & Holidays.

Gate hours are from 6:00 AM-10:00 PM.

We accept most major credit cards, cash, checks, & money orders. There is a 3% convenience card fee for all card payments.

Rental agreements are a minimum of 1 month and continue automatically until termination is given per rental agreement terms.

Only one person can sign the rental agreement.  However, you can add your significant other as an “authorized user” on the last page of the rental agreement.

No, Milt’s Mini Storage insures the building structures only.  However, if you are interested in insuring your personal contents, ask the manager about private insurance through Property First Group, LP.  You can also check your homeowner’s or renter’s policy as they may cover your stored items as well.  With Property First Group, LP the deductible is $0 with a disc lock and $100 with a laminated lock.
